I enjoy helping organizations build and refine project management offices (PMOs) that truly support growth, accountability, and strategic execution. Whether starting from scratch or improving an existing structure, I focus on creating systems that empower teams, clarify priorities, and deliver measurable results. My goal is to see PMOs evolve into trusted hubs of coordination and insight—places where projects are not just tracked, but actively guided toward success.
Along the way, I’ve built a PMO from the ground up at a major electric utility, implemented standard practices at another, and helped refine the processes of two more to improve consistency and performance. I’ve also supported a consulting firm in better integrating with their client’s PMO, strengthening collaboration and alignment. These experiences, combined with my PMP certification, allow me to offer practical, tailored guidance—whether you're launching a new PMO, conducting a review, or overhauling an underperforming structure.
